A world in itself, where family values prevail, a world we standby and believe in our young people, a world where Portuguese language and culture are kept alive.
In short, a world of brotherhood, an old idea, but still relevant now at the close of the twentieth century and on into the next.
As an incorporated organization recognized under the laws of the State of California, Luso’s purpose is to provide fraternal services, life insurance, and annuity plans and to prudently administer the society’s assets.
Although most of the members are of Portuguese origin, Luso is open to everyone, regardless of race, color or creed.
